James Franco Has A New Mapplethorpe Movie
James Franco is reportedly in talks to star in Mapplethorpe. According to The Hollywood Reporter, James will play photographer Robert Mapplethorpe, who defied censors and died of AIDS in 1989. Nate Dushku, Miles Levy and Eliza Dushku will be producing the feature with Ondi Timoner. Well, yeah, I’ve got no doubt that the movie is going to be good. I mean, this is a very Franco-type role! I’m sure he’ll manage to pull this off!
