Jesse Metcalfe About To Get Hitched

It’s offiical — Jesse Metcalfe is off the market! According to UsWeekly, Jesse recently proposed to his girlfriend Cara Santana. Jesse and Cara “have been dating for four to five years and living together for at least three”. Don’t know much about Cara, other than the fact that she’s a somewhat struggling actress, but they’ve been dating for almost half a decade, and they seem really happy together, so yeah, congrats to them! She better treat Jesse right!
